1. Data we collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Enquiry forms. When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide in the message field, including a telephone number if supplied.
• Email and telephone correspondence. If you contact us directly by email or telephone, we retain a record of that communication and the personal information it contains.
• Client instructions. In the course of an engagement, we collect personal information about the deceased, the executor, and the beneficiaries as required to conduct the probate or estate administration matter.
• Website analytics. If you have accepted analytics cookies, we collect anonymised data about how the website is used (pages visited, session duration, general geographic region). This data does not identify you individually.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, financial account credentials, or biometric data) through the website. Such information collected during a client engagement is handled solely for the purpose of that instruction.

2. How we use personal data

Personal data collected through this website and through client engagements is used for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries. To reply to messages submitted through the website contact form or sent by email or telephone.
• Service delivery. To conduct probate application preparation, executor support, or full estate administration as instructed.
• Legal compliance. To comply with obligations under Thai law, including anti-money laundering requirements and court-directed record-keeping.

We do not use personal data for direct marketing, do not sell personal data to third parties, and do not share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA):

• Contract. Processing necessary to fulfil an engagement entered into at the request of the client.
• Legitimate interests. Responding to pre-engagement enquiries and maintaining records of correspondence.
• Legal obligation. Record-keeping required by Thai law, including court orders and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Consent. Analytics and preference cookies, where consent is given through the cookie preference controls on this website.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data for the following periods:

• Enquiries that do not proceed to engagement: 12 months from the date of the enquiry, after which the data is deleted.
• Client matter files: 7 years from the closing of the matter, in accordance with Thai professional record-keeping requirements. After this period, files are securely destroyed.
• Analytics data: Retained in anonymised, aggregated form for up to 26 months through the analytics service provider. Individual session data is not retained beyond 14 months.

5. Data sharing

Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the following purposes:

• Court and government authorities. Submission of probate applications and required correspondence to the Thai courts, land offices, and other registries.
• Asset holders. Banks, financial institutions, and property registries contacted in the course of an estate administration.
• Website analytics provider. Anonymised usage data is processed by a third-party analytics service. No personally identifiable information is shared.

We do not transfer personal data outside Thailand except where required to conduct a specific client instruction involving overseas asset holders or foreign courts, in which case the client is informed in advance.

6. Data security

Client files and correspondence are stored in password-protected systems with access limited to members of the firm directly involved in the relevant matter. Physical documents are stored securely on the firm's premises. The website uses HTTPS encryption for all form submissions. In the event of a data security incident affecting personal data, affected individuals will be notified in accordance with the requirements of the PDPA.

8. Your rights

Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you have the following rights in relation to personal data that we hold about you:

• Right of access. To request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification. To ask that inaccurate personal data be corrected.
• Right to erasure. To request deletion of personal data in certain circumstances, including where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
• Right to withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent (such as analytics cookies), to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Right to object. To object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to complain. To lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you believe your rights have been infringed.

9. Children's privacy

The firm's services are provided to adults acting in a legal capacity (typically as executors, administrators, or adult beneficiaries). This website is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors through the website. Where the administration of an estate involves minor beneficiaries, their personal data is handled solely for the purpose of that instruction and in accordance with the terms agreed with the supervising adult.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated when necessary to reflect changes in how we process personal data or in applicable law. The date at the top of the policy indicates when it was last revised. Where changes are material, we will note this prominently on the website for a period of at least 30 days.
